Sovello is a highly innovative photovoltaic company that has developed sustainability in ecological, economical, technological, and social dimension into an overall concept. Founded in 2005 as a joint venture between three internationally leading solar companies, we are already one of the largest fully integrated photovoltaic module producers worldwide. By 2012, our goal is to increase our production capacity six-fold. In line with this expansion, we are planning to hire new employees in all areas – production, development and management.

This initiative, which was originally created as “Coffee with the CEO,” quickly provided Sovello with a valuable communication channel between its employees and management. An open and direct communication structure corresponds with our values. To promote this further, starting in 2009, Sovello’s “Coffee with the CEO” has been further developed into “Coffee with the Management Board.” Our board members regularly invite our employees to join them in the relaxing atmosphere of the cafeteria lounge area in order to ask questions and discuss issues together.
