This is the reason why apprenticeships, advanced training, and constant contact with universities have also become a part of a sustainable management strategy that attracts students with high potential, safeguards jobs, and qualifies our trainees for positions that open up. We also take on responsibility beyond that: Sovello has also created many jobs for disabled workers at its facilities in Wolfen.
